Questions we are asked
- Do I need the box and papers?
- No. A complete set usually supports a stronger offer, but we buy Rolex watches without box or papers. Bring whatever you have — we assess the watch itself.
- Do you buy Rolex watches that have been serviced outside Rolex?
- Yes. Independent service history is common on older pieces. We look at the watch as it is, not at a service-centre stamp.
- How quickly will I be paid?
- Once you accept the offer, payment is typically the same day. There is no obligation to sell if the figure is not right.
- Are you an authorised Rolex dealer?
- No. We are an independent buyer of pre-owned watches. We do not sell new Rolex and we do not claim any affiliation with Rolex SA or Rolex SA (Pty) Ltd.
